SBI Probationary Officer Selection Process 2023
The selection for State Bank of India PO will be carried out in three stages. The first phase will be the preliminary exam, then the main exam and finally the interview and GD process. The main exam will have two parts. First part of main exam is the online test and the second one is descriptive paper for english letter/essay writing. Candidates who clear all the three phases will be selected for the job at SBI branches as per the organization’s discretion.

One paper of descriptive type will be conducted for SBI Probationary Officer. In this exam, the candidates have to write a letter or an essay which will be of 50 marks. Descriptive paper is a part of the phase 2/main exam for SBI PO.
SBI PO Interview & Group Discussion
The final phase of the SBI PO 2023 selection process will be the interview and group discussion round. The interview will carry 30 marks and group discussion is of 20 marks. This phase is of total 50 marks. Contenders who will clear the interview & GD round will be selected for the job.
